We would like to put your mind at rest and reassure you that whilst we continue to follow all Government recommendations and that our team is still working to full capacity.

Our team regularly clean their hands and use medical gloves when handling paperwork, we also continually disinfect vehicle surfaces, card machines, doors handles etc to prevent the spread of any infection.

• On arrival to your home a team member will call you to announce their arrival
• The team will commence with the work
• If you normally pay online or have a direct debit set up, we will simply post the invoice through the door and ring the bell to announce we are leaving.
• If you would like to pay by card you can ring the office direct to pay or use online banking, alternatively you can pay by card on the day, the card machine will be wiped with an alcohol wipe before and after use.
  
  If you would like to pay with cash an envelope will be given you to put the money inside and seal.  (you can inform the team member when they call you on arrival what your wishes are)
• Of course, the best way would be to call the office to insure no social interaction.
• The staff have been instructed to stand back at a reasonable distance.

The wellbeing of our customers and employees is of paramount importance and so the entire team is adhering to the stringent guidelines and anyone with a cough or temperature will be asked to stay at home just in case.
